Beach front dream house has an intact, engineered, (as
in "certified") storm wall against sea surges, storms, and
hurricanes. A sea wall, by the way, can easily add
$20K-$60K or more...to your real (vs hidden) costs of  
purchase and/or remodel so just make sure you
understand and check out the ramifications and
potential costs before... you buy anywhere on the
beach.........
Our sunny wonder here is currently a breezy and spacious one-bedroom/bath but was set-up for at least 1-2 extra
bedrooms and baths during recent upgrades our  very thorough and forward thinking owners lovingly made. A
2nd floor master suite would turn your sun worshiper´s "getaway" into a sun "palace", so all your options are
available over time but any additional work...or expense ...right now ...would be totally elective.....

Most of the current construction sets advantageously forward on this grand 12m x 40m property and so  affords its
owners an  unusually large, very private, semi-landscaped, back yard with pool awaiting  your personal touches
and a palapa patio...or two? Plenty of room for a palapa and lanai off of the back of the house or perhaps, that extra
ground-floor bedroom with french-doors and views of your tropical garden? During the recent  remodel, the owners
redesigned, remodeled, and enlarged the spacious front porch with the intention of also possibly making it an
additional bedroom while easily moving the front door over to the living room. Endless and mostly inexpensive
possibilities! In fact, and by way of example, converting the front porch into the additional, planned-for bedroom
was estimated at just an additional approximately $3000.00 US at the time. All the important improvements are in  
now so you, the lucky buyer,  get to choose the final exciting touches for yourself....

Our personal preferences would always be that second-floor dream suite but meantime, note the
storm-protected,
roof-top "tinaco", (water-storage) tank. Great attention to detail throughout  and down to the details one would
rarely see or notice....That´s our definition of Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y.....
