| Prime Ranch and Farm Property for Sale Exclusively By www.YucatanRanchFarmandHome.com |
| How very appropriate for this, our unique "flagship", of property offerings. Rancho San Pedro offers the beauty, peace, and tranquility of a latter-day Eden as well as long history of truly "industrial" level, diversified, efficient, and sustainable agricultural production. This obvious labor of love, consummate professional skill and innovation continues to flourish today and will benefit greatly the right buyer who is up to the task of first recognizing then continuing to take advantage of the virtually unlimited potential this magnificent ranch, farm, and plantation operation has to offer. And there´s still plenty of space and possibility to expand and diversify! Let me say that first of all, our photos will not come close to doing this property justice. Secondly, that this offering is so very much more than just a "rancho", although in every way it is that too! San Pedro is indeed a working rancho with 3 separate, irrigated, grazing modules totaling 46 HAS (Hectares) for prime beef cattle. There is also a 7 HAS, irrigated module for tropical sheep (AKA:"Carneros"). Because of the efficiency of operation and year-round irrigation, San Pedro is able to accommodate 150+ head of prime beef cattle, approximately 3 times the norm on a rancho with less optimum pasture and irrigation capabilities. They also are currently running 150 head of sheep but that could easily be increased to 500 or more head with no additional investment in infrastructure. |

| This above is the 19 HAS cattle and horse module. It is fully irrigated, has a 3-phase electrical transformer, an approximately 8000 liter water storage tank, a Vaquero´s house, and solar-powered, electrified, cross-fencing. There are also 20 HAS and 12 HAS modules with similar amenities not shown here. |
| Here above are the main sheep corrals currently accommodating approximately 150 head of wool-less, "tropical sheep", or in Spanish, "Carneros". It is said that the increasing popularity...and demand...for these animals as a protein source makes them the "cattle of the future". They require much less space than cattle, mature quickly and reproduce at a rate approximately 3-4 times faster than cattle with a female being capable of bearing young beginning between 6 and 8 months of age, giving birth twice per year, and bearing 2 and sometimes 3 lambs each time. As noted above, there are currently 7 irrigated hectares dedicated to grazing sheep and with minor additional changes and division of this space one could easily accommodate 500 or more head on an on-going, year around basis. Additionally, the Tropical Sheep are excellent custodians of your plantation lands as they reduce labor costs by keeping (eating) under-growth controlled. As such and given the approximately 50 hectares dedicated to hardwood plantation operations, your sheep population could easily double or perhaps triple to between 1,000-1,500 head without affecting, and indeed supporting, your other ranch operations.
